What about after you met Jesus, were you ever ridiculed, mocked, and persecuted by those who did not believe? How did it make you feel?
Should those who follow Jesus expect to be met with opposition? Why?
Have you encountered adversity in your own life or watched another person whom you know that did? What happened? How did you react or he or she react to the adversity in their life?
In closing today’s journey in the Gospel of John, take some time and thank God for you have witnessed in another’s life and then reflect on how their testimony impacted your life in some way. The Give God praise for what He has done in your life today?
