Come, let’s go to the Rock!
Do you see the mountains shake, oh, peoples of the earth?
Come, let’s go to the Rock!
Let the nations quake at the presence of the solid Rock.
Who is the Rock and firm foundation,
To whom do we run to in the midst of the storms.
Open up our eyes to see You, Jesus, our Rock and firm foundation!
Through the fire , wind and sand
You take us by the hand!
Come, Let’s go to the Rock once more!
Open our eyes to see You,Jesus, our Rock
Through the fire, wind and sand
You lead us ever forward into this darkness and the storm
And as we gaze upon Your glory in the midst of it all,
We shout, “Let’s Go to the Rock, once more from the shaking mountains to the deepest ocean
Jesus is the Rock and firm foundation,
We cling too, and as the storms rage on all around us,
Peoples of the earth take notice for they see the storm raging and are terrified,
Running leaderless and do not understand the Peace, Joy, Hope and Love we have for them;
Let’s remember we, too, without the Rock are in the same predicament that they are in!
Now consider this beloved people of God,
Seek out and audience with the God on their behalf so that they too may find the Peace, Joy, Hope and Love that we hold so dear!
