Psalm 103:1-2 NLT
“Let all that I am praise the LORD;
With all my heart, I will praise his holy name.
Let all that I am praise the LORD;
May I never forget the good things he does for me.”
What stirs our hearts to praise the living God?
My heart cries out with praise,
To the one and only true King,
The Lord Almighty God!
His voice awakens the mountains
And calms the oceans tide.
Softly and gently,
He carries me in His hand,
During times of great distress.
He quiets my soul as tears flow
Down, down upon my face to the pillow.
He is the Rock I stand upon.
Through the fire, I am refined as silver.
Through the wind, I am sifted as wheat.
Through the storm, I am tested on all sides.
Through the rain, I am refreshed as dew upon a rose.
Let not my mind wander to far,
From the river of living water,
Which bubbles up within my soul;
As I proclaim His Holy Name;
And all the good things He has done for me!
