Proverbs 3:7-8 ESV
Be not wise in your own eyes, fear the LORD, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.
The LORD has just laid some things on my heart to pray for during the rest of January 2024 and to add to this list in February:
1.God’s Provision in my life and those around me. The Lord is Jehovah Jireh and He will provide for all our needs. He may not provide everything we might need all at once or in ways we expect HIM to do or ask HIM to do but He will meet all our needs.
2. Life Lessons in discerning what my true needs are and while times may be financially lean, it is a time to pursue the LORD for the times that I am at home and not at work. I believe that the LORD is bringing me to a new season along with the rest of His Church in order that we would depend on Him for everything.
Acts 2:42-47 ESV
And they devoted themselves to the apostles teaching and the fellowship of the breaking of the bread and the prayers. And awe came upon every soul and many signs on wonders were being done through the apostles. And who believed were together and had everything in common. And they were selling their possessions and distributing the proceeds to all, as they had need. And day by day attending the temple together and breaking bread together in their homes, they received their food with generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the LORD added to their number day by day those who were being saved.
