As a new year approaches quickly, Please remember to take the time to talk with the LORD as well as remain in His word and in fellowship with others this reminder is for myself also!
1 Thessalonians 5:17 ESV
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus.
- Take the time each day of this month to Thank the LORD for something that is good or perhaps difficult and challenging in your walk with HIM. Either list them or just give GOD the List.
- Ask the LORD for Wisdom in each of the circumstances that you find difficult or challenging in your walk with HIM, LISTEN and then do what HE tells you today and if you do not hear anything right away or in the way you expect…..then actively wait for HIM to answer.
- Continue to press into the LORD and petition HIM for what is weighing heavy on your hearts and minds and then this is the hard part at least it is for me. LEAVE IT IN GOD’S hands.
I reminded of a kids praise song at this moment “He’s Got The Whole World in His Hands.” Google it or find a video on YouTube or perhaps you may even know it.
Consider filling in the blanks with what burdens you each day.
God’s got the ______________________________in HIS Hands.
For Example :
God’s got the year of 2023 in HIS Hands.
He’s got the month of January 2023 in HIS hands.
He’s got my job in HIS Hands.
