Read Isaiah 58 in the ESV and write a description of what true and false fasting is according to this passage.
In what ways have you personally had times of true and/or false fasting in your walk with the Lord?
Is the Lord calling HIS beloved children to a fast of some sort in the near future? If so, when and why?
Are we as the Beloved children of the LORD pointing our fingers and speaking wickedness to others especially the world instead of judging our own hearts individually in the light of the LORD’s word?
Spend some time in prayer of this chapter and write out the things that the Lord shows you or speaks to your heart about, then if a response is required by you in obedience then do it.
