Read Isaiah 31 and write a brief summary of what takes place in the chapter.

What kind of deep suffering do people experience when a nation does not seek the counsel of the Lord but puts their hope for help in either themselves or other nations?

What kind of woes have you personally experienced in your life for not seeking and heeding the Lord’s instruction?

Take some time to seek the Lord on behalf of America and ask the Lord the following and then write out His response to you.

  1. How is the Lord protecting His people the remnant of the American Church?
  2. How is the Lord going to use His people in America over the coming days,weeks and or months?
  3. What is the Lord instructing you to personally do in this time?
  4. What is your response to what He is telling in the above questions?

How has the people of the Lord most high in America need to personally cast away their idols and turn in repentance back to the Lord?

What happened to Israel’s enemies when they cast away their idols and pursued the Lord instead?
