Zechariah 11:7-9 King James version and compare with the NIV
In verse 7 KJV note the differences between the following phrases and that of the NIV.
KJV And I will feed the flock of slaughter, even you, O poor of the flock. And I took unto me two staves; the one I called Beauty and the other I called Bands; and I fed the flock.
NIV So, I shepherded the flock marked for slaughter, particularly the oppressed of the flock. Then I took two staffs and called one Favor and the other Union, and I shepherded the flock.
Is there a difference in feeding and shepherding the flock?

In Strong’s the following transliteration is found for the staff called Beauty/Favor and is noam= no’am and comes from the word na’em. which means agreeableness, i.e. Delight, suitableness, splendor or grace and used as beauty or pleasantness.
