We were created for more than this world can offer us. We were created for more than just getting through a day when all we want to do is go do our own thing and not bother with what anyone else wants or needs from us. When it comes to what we want, we stop at nothing to get our way until the day until God stops us dead in our tracts.
“Asking, Where have you been all day? I’ve been talking to but you had no room for ME in your day? Are you forgetting something? I created you for something far more valuable than that the latest and greatest thing that money can buy you. Sure you’ve had your “fun” but let me ask you this: Are you happy? Are you satisfied with where you are right now? You say that there is not enough hours in a day to get things done. Too many interruptions fill my day to get what I want to do done. Am I hitting it home with anyone right now?
You were created for far more than this dear one and so was I for that matter. You were created for a purpose that the one and only God created you so intricately, precisely and uniquely made for you that if you died today no one else could replace you for that purpose. You were created to display His glory and thrive on God alone. You were created for Relationship, dear one?
Are you into religion where you look at God’s Word, read it out loud till you about to turn blue because you don’t breathe in between the words as you read. Has it become so in grained in you that you forget what its like to live on the other side of grace. Yes, I said grace.
Religion has no room for the grace of GOD unless GOD stops you with a divine revelation of Himself as He did in the case of a man who called himself the Pharisee of Pharisees. You may or may not have heard of him. I pray that if you are reading this then you have at least an inkling of whom I mentioned. His name was once Saul but once He had an encounter with the GOD of the universe along the Damascus road HE was no longer Saul but was the Apostle Paul, who God used to write a portion of the New Testament in the Bible.
Things change when you allow God into your life to use as HE sees fit!
Be blessed! Know that God has you in the place, and the circumstance you are in for a reason. Allow yourself to run to God and you won’t be disappointed when HE decides to tell you to do something.
