Entry#4 Acts 2:1-13
The day of Pentecost what a grand thing to experience and see the power of the Holy Spirit resting and residing in the apostles and all those who were with them.
Questions
1. How has the power of the Holy Spirit been evident in my life?
Since I became a Christian I would have to say that the Holy Spirit does indeed reside in me. He has given me the love of expressing my worship and prayer to HIM through writing. There are times where I feel inadequate but even in those times I know I have to rely on and not my own intellect to do the things HE has called me to.
2. How has the power of the Holy Spirit changed my life?
I am aware of HIS presence in my life and feel Him beckoning me to increase my times of quiet reflection as I come before HIM daily. He has brought healing and hope into my life. I know that I have a Father in Heaven that loves me and I accepted in HIS arms at anytime of the day or night.
Thoughts
1. The power of the Holy Spirit enables me to live everyday as a new day.
2. The power of the Holy Spirit refreshes me as spend time in HIS presence.
Don’t ignore HIS presence but rather saturate yourself in HIS presence as you come to HIM each day.
