Through out my life
Jehovah-Jireh
Has provided for me
I would not even be alive on this earth
If HE had not given me life
Day after day
I am amazed at God’s provision in my life
HE is the ONE I depend on
HE is the ONE who provided atonement for my sin
Through Jesus Christ
God the Father sent His one and only Son, Jesus,
To make atonement for my sin
Clear back to Abraham when God
Asked him to sacrifice his one and only son, Isaac,
Abraham had faith that moved mountains
For he told his young men to stay with donkey
And he and Isaac would go worship and return to them
When Isaac asked, where the lamb was for the burnt offering
Abraham replied, God will provide the lamb for the sacrifice
At the very moment when Abraham was about to slay his son
The LORD called out from heaven to stop and then he looked behind him
To see a ram caught in a thicket by his horns
And he used that in his son’s place
He blessed Abraham’s faith and said that in his seed
all the nations of the will be blessed because he had obeyed God’s voice.
That seed is Jesus Christ, who was ransomed for my sin
Glory to God in the Highest.
