Proverbs 12:3 Amplified
“A man shall not be established by wickedness, but the root of the [uncompromising] righteous shall be not moved.”
The root of the righteous is Jesus Christ and He will not be removed from me or anyone else called and chosen by Jesus Christ. Oh, how the devil likes to lie to me though. Lies like, ” you can never be forgiven for what you did” or How about this “all roads lead to Heaven”.
God does give us a choice to follow Him or not however the consequences of not following is quite painful and agonizing for eternity. Think about it would you rather be treated the way Christ treats others or the way mankind treats one another. History shows that man can be pretty diabolical when it comes to their own fellow-man.
