Stormy weather
Rolling through America
Severe thunderstorms
To tornadoes
Winds blowing and swirling
Around and around it goes
Lightning, hail and rain
Fall from the sky
What awesome and terrifying
Power we see displayed here in the earth
God who sits on His throne
Watches as the storms roll the nation
What is on His mind,
I do not know,
But what I do know
Is His love for mankind.
For in my life I have witnessed and experienced
His great, awesome and terrifying power in my life
My life has been transformed and renewed by His power
Through His written Word and Holy Spirit
Praise God, who judges the hearts and thoughts of mankind
May The Lord in His infinite mercy move on this nation
With His compassion.
