I do not know about you but I have had trouble being so stuck in the past that I could not see what God was doing right in front of me. I have worked very hard over the last three years with the Lord to wake up in the morning and put the past behind. Every once in a while I still creep back into the past but that is when God reminds me of this scripture. I can remember that when I was a teenager that this verse that I read over and over again but I did not understand why I kept reading it. Now I know what the Lord was trying to teach me then was to let the past go but it would be years until I did so. I now endeavor to wake up each morning a fresh and free of the day before. One can only do this with God’s help I believe. I have been redeemed and none can take me from the Lord’s hand. Bless God!! Seek and ponder God’s precious word for it is life to us all.
