Sweet surrender
Never easy but necessary
Called to carry our cross each and every day
The war between the flesh and the spirit
It is a tug of war at times
Sometimes you may sink low and fall
That fall separates you from the Lord.
Is it really our cross to carry?
Through our faith in Christ we have freedom
We are not bound to works of the flesh
Rather we are called to lead by the Holy Spirit.
He is the one that is in control of our circumstances
Even the words that fall from our tounges He knows.
So why do we want to resist it?
