There is a lot of noise in the world today. There are times when we have to shut it all out in order to hear the Lord. Our minds have to be alert as well in order to hear the Lord. Listening sometimes requires waiting in the stillness of the night to hear His voice. If we are not carefull we could miss out on what He is telling us to do. Obeying is an action. Actions speak louder than words. If your like me and get butterflies in your stomach when you are going to stand up and give a testimony of what God is doing be encouraged because He desires obedience. In order to obey Him we must open to what He is doing in the body at large. He demonstrated His salvation to the whole world but it is only to those who listen and call upon they are called children of God.
