It is amazing for me to see in the Old Testament the Lord’s favor and grace(unmerited favor) has been with mankind from the begining of time itself. His favor at the cross was planned long ago, long ago I would imagine it was in His mind when He decided to create mankind and the world we live in. There are times were I feel that God withholds good things but were those things really good for me. He does not hold good things from those follow after Him. I am favored by God.
I AM FAVORED AND DELIGHTED IN BY GOD. How awesome is that? He takes pleasure in me not in my sin that He forgets because of the cross. Do I favor Him above all things? Do I prefer Him in my activities? Do I take the time to pray for someone when I am depressed and selfish.
