AS I remember the solidiers
Who have given their lives
For this country
I am reminded of the life of the Lord
Who ransomed me from the enemy of my soul
He purchased my life and those of many others
With His crucifixion on the cross
The nail prints in His hands
And the whole in His side
Are reminders of what He did for all mankind
It was not for an earthly kingdom but a heavenly one
I will continue to pray for all those who are currently serving in the military
May they fight in Your strength and honor.
Remember those who continue to fight the good fight of faith
